Overview
Mr. Lu received his M.A. in Chinese language pedagogy from the Graduate Institute of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language at National Taiwan Normal University, and a B.A. in Chinese literature from National Chengchi University.
He started his teaching career at the International Chinese Language Program (ICLP) at National Taiwan University. Besides teaching at the renowned Middlebury College Summer Chinese School, Williams College, Swarthmore College and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he also served as the director of the Chinese Language Center at the International Campus of Zhejiang University. He is familiar with all levels of Chinese language courses including courses in academic Chinese. He has a passion for helping language learners better understand the Chinese-speaking world.
